Qatar Tourism Authority push business tourism product

Qatar ranks as the second safest country in the world and the second most stable country in the Middle East.

IN a bid to boost business tourism, the Qatar Tourism Authority will be at IMEX Frankfurt this week to promote the country as a destination for business events, reports the Peninsula.

The Qatar Tourism Authority will showcase a full range of state-of-the-art venues, hotels, tour operators and event management companies and the soon-to-open Mondrian Doha Hotel.

“We continue to see growing interest in Qatar as a destination for business events from the German market. And, as Qatar continues to develop and grow its business event and hospitality offering, we are pleased to showcase the increasing opportunities for business tourists to enjoy seamless and authentic experiences,” commented Ahmed Al Obaidli, Director of Exhibitions.

Qatar ranks as the second safest country in the world and the second most stable country in the Middle East.

It is one of the most connected countries in the Arab world, with 91.5% of its population using internet, and 98% of its households enjoying internet connectivity.
