Low-cost airline Wizz Air on Friday launched two new routes from M.R. Stefanik Bratislava Airport to Sofia and Warsaw.
Wizz Air communications manager Sorina Ratz said the new routes to Sofia and Warsaw will be serviced four times a week.
“They’ll expand mutual development of tourism,” claimed Ratz.
This means that the airline currently offers six routes from the Slovak capital. Aside from Sofia and Warsaw, it’s also possible to book flights to Kiev, Skopje, Kluz-Napoca in Romania and Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
M.R. Stefanik Airport provides 44 regular routes to 41 destinations in 22 countries. As many as seven airlines will provide regular flights and regular charter flights during the summer from Bratislava.
